League Basics
- Six Teams
- A â??fullâ?? team will have twenty (20) players
- In order to become an official team, a group must register at least 15 paid players (including Captain)
- Official teams with less than 20 players may receive free agents, depending on the number of free agents that register.
- Maximum number of players in the league is 120.
- League fee includes a t-shirt. An extra shirt can be added to your order during registration for $10.
Registration Process
If this is your first time playing Stonewall, complete a member profile. If you have used League Apps before, you can log in using your username and password.
Creating a Team
If you plan to create a team, register as a Team Captain. Register your Team Name and tell your friends to join your team. You will need to approve requests to join your team. The first six teams to get to 15 players will be the official teams for Fall 2014. If fewer than 6 teams register 15 players, then the six teams with the most players will be the official teams. We will do our best to keep other player groups intact when making final rosters.
Joining a Team
If you know what team you want to join, register as a Team Player. During registration, you will choose which existing team you want to join. Keep in mind that Captains must approve you for their team, so joining a random team at this stage may not work.
I want to play but I donâ??t have a team
Great! Half the fun of kickball is meeting new people. Register as a Free Agent. Once you register, there are a couple of ways you can join a team. First, we will host a Free Agent Social before the season begins where you can meet Team Captains in person. Another option is to let Stonewall Kickball â?? Pittsburgh randomly assign you to a team. Once both registration and the Free Agent Social are completed, all remaining free agents will be placed on teams. If you and your friends register as free agents and would like to be placed together on a team, email Pittsburgh@stonewallkickball.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
